Every employee will be issued a Divvy card that will be used as their lunch stipend money. This can be used for any food related transaction — groceries, at a restaurant, food delivery apps.

Each month employees will receive $200 to be used at their discretion. We know this is not enough to cover every single lunch in a month, but we hope it’ll help support your needs and give you the extra bump you’re looking for. Think of it as Explo buying you a handful lunches a week or one very expensive lunch a month.
