At Explo, we love getting referred to talented candidates! A great way to find exceptional new employees is by hiring people from our existing network. To incentivize people to explore their networks and refer folks, we are giving a $5,000 referral reward for any referred candidate who is hired full-time.
The reward will be paid out in two parts. When the new hire starts, $2,500 will be paid out. The other $2,500 will be paid after the hire has been at Explo for 6 months.
Goes without saying, but this doesn’t apply if you are recruiting for your direct reports.
