- Remote employees are expected to be available to travel to one of the office hubs at least once a quarter. The duration of these trips should be (on average) around 1 week long.
- This travel excludes travel for colocations (if the colocation happens to be at an office hub) and excludes any travel for external client reasons.
- The rule of thumb is the number of nights to book should be the same as the number of days you’ll be in the office.
- This does not roll over quarter to quarter. For example, if you traveled two weeks in Q1, you are still expected to be available to travel in Q2.
