Every Friday we have a team-wide show and tell, where someone on the team is assigned to show or tell everyone something they’ve prepared. There isn’t an expectation to make a presentation or spend hours preparing your content; in fact, most folks spend 10 to 20 minutes preparing it right before the meeting. Huge h/t to Carly Stanisic for coming up with this.

When we first started this tradition, everyone always prepared some kind of presentation. Then one day, Austin Piel decided to break this trend and taught everyone the proper mechanics of a squat. Shortly after, Andrew Chen gave everyone a tour of what he had in his fridge. The norm of presentations was no more.
