Live, organic conversations will happen at office hubs, just as sidebar DMs happen in Slack across the globe. Important decisions should not be made in these ad hoc forums and should be properly made with the right stakeholders in a meeting, Slack thread, or in-person (if all stakeholders happen to be in person). To ensure transparency around decisions, they need to be documented in Notion or in Slack, where teammates who need this context can easily find it.
